A: Your gazebo will be ready for pickup or delivery within 7 days of your order placement.
Q: Can I have my gazebo delivered to me?
A: Yes - we offer FREE DELIVERY to your door within a 350 km radius of the factory!
Q: I’d prefer to have my gazebo kit built for me - do you offer installation services?
A: This product is sold as a do-it-yourself kit only. If you require assistance, we can provide a list of installers who may assist you in enjoying your gazebo in no time! Note: Gazebo-Outlet.com is not affiliated with any installers and our warranty does not cover any damages incurred during assembly or installation.
Q: I just received my gazebo kit - how long will it take to assemble?
A: The average handyman plus a friend or two, can assemble the gazebo within a weekend.
Q: Can I barbeque in my gazebo?
A: Yes - however, to avoid damage your barbeque must be at least 18” away from the screen.
Q: What about snow load on the screened roof panels of my modular screenroom?
A: The roofing panels easily pivot 90 degrees so they never collect snow. Come spring the panels are just as easily returned to in-use mode.
Q: What is the history of Kacitas Screenrooms (Cadorath Leisure Products)?
A: The company began research & development plus winter testing of screenrooms in 2005. After 4 years of rigorous testing the final "Made for Manitoba" designs were selected, manufactured and became available for "mosquito duty."

Q: What is the frame made of?
A: Our screenroom frames are manufactured from aircraft-certified non-recycled aluminum 6061-T6 ensuring a 14% gain in material strength over traditional 6050-T6 alloy. The aluminum spans are powder coated in white for an ultra-smooth and stylish finish. Our aluminum frame and aluminum components come with a full 5 Year Warranty against rust, deterioration, distortion & paint flaking.

Q: What is the screen bursting strength?
A: 100 lbs per square inch
Q: Does the screen reduce wind?
A: Yes - the wind velocity is reduced by as much as 50%
Q: How tough is the screen?
A: We use a highly durable fiberglass mesh screen. The mesh is .013” yarn diameter and is coated with plasticized polyvinyl chloride. For fire retardancy - the screen extinguishes within 10 seconds.
Vinyl Canopy (12’ Octagon Gazebo only)
Q: Is the canopy available in different colours?
A: Yes - the standard colour is Tan though for a nominal fee you can upgrade to any of these colours: Red, Navy, Yellow, Forest Green, White, Black, Brown, Grey, Burgundy or Orange. For special orders, please allow an additional two weeks for delivery.
Q: What is the snow load rating?
A: 17 lbs. per 2 square inches
Q: What are the specifications of the canopy?
A: The canopy is made of 18 oz. marine grade PVC vinyl. It is UV treated and is mould & mildew resistant. The cold-crack rating is -40 degrees Celsius. It has a tear strength of 100 x 100 lbs.
